We want you to feel confident ordering from MM Scents. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

How to request help

• Email support@mmscents.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
• For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos of the parcel, packaging and product.
• Please keep the item, packaging and any included materials available while we review your request.

Fragrance products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used fragrances may not be eligible for return or exchange. Each request is assessed based on the order details and product condition.

Approved resolutions

If a return, exchange or refund is approved, we will confirm the next steps with you by email. Nothing on this page limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
